Magnetic Elbow Wrap Our Norso magnetic elbow wrap contains 24 neodymium magnets that penetrate 3-4". The neodymium magnets measure 12,300 gauss per magnet. These magnets are incased inside velcro removable pads and the wrap is washable. The elbow wrap is one size fits all (16" end to end) and can be used on either elbow and some small knees. Our magnetic elbow wrap is made to conform to your elbow and can be worn during any activities including sports without feeling tight and constricting like neoprene. We recommend you wear your wrap to bed at night for 7-8 hours of magnetic therapy.
